Return and Exchange Policy
VALORE RETURN POLICY
At Valore, we take pride in offering high-quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not, we’ve made the return process as easy as possible. Please note that proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.
Free Returns:
All full-priced items purchased at Valore.cc (except gift cards) can be returned at no cost. To initiate a return, simply contact us via email at ciao@valore.cc. You can choose from the following options:

Refund to the original payment method

Exchange for an alternative product

Valore Gift Card for use on future online purchases
Please be aware that while we offer free returns for full-priced items, we cannot cover the return shipping costs. Refunds do not include any shipping fees or local taxes incurred for the return or exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date.
Sale Items:
We accept returns for Sale Items; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Free returns do not apply to Sale Items.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a Valore Credit that can be used for future online purchases. The value of the credit or exchange will be equal to the sale price paid.
Return Conditions:
For hygiene reasons, please wear undergarments when trying on your kit.

Items must be returned in “as-new” condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in an unsaleable condition.

Gift cards are non-refundable, and items purchased with gift cards cannot be refunded to a credit card or for cash.
Packaging:
Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely for transit. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance with your parcel carrier.
